Review: GIORGIO ARMANI Rouge Ecstasy - 509 Boudoir

First Giorgio Armani purchase and I've gotta say, I'm impressed!
This product has a "My lips but better" type of shade. It has micro shimmers that makes your lips looked plumped and voluptuous.

I love how this product brightens up my whole face on those days when I don't feel like applying makeup, goodbye dull looking faces!

It also works fabulously with dark eye makeup as it evens out the dark and light colours of the face.

Another fun way to use this product is to apply over another more pigmented product for that nice shimmery finish.

I love the bold red packaging of this product as it makes it look high end and high quality.

Overall, I do think this was a successful purchase from Giorgio Armani as I was on the hunt looking for a lipstick that was close to my own natural lip colour for soooo long. Now I have it!!

Pros
> Glides on lips smoothly
> Luxurious packaging
> Not drying
> Gorgeous shades

Cons
> The red coloured packaging may chip if you don't take care of it
> The formula is not a very extremely long lasting formula

Sorry about the chapped lips, I'm on a medication recently that drys out all parts of my skin, it was not the lipstick that made my lips dry.

Review - THE FACESHOP Aura CC Cream

Soooo, the Innisfree Aura Colour Control Cream was something that I have accidentally bought..(sounds silly I know) but turns out I made the right mistake! :) Lets get into the reviews!

This is a CC cream in a compact packaging, you press the little button and it disperses roughly a pea sized amount of product. I would say it's a bit too much product that it pumps out but that's because I only apply face makeup around my nose area.... is that weird...?  Anyways.. it should be the right amount if you apply this all over your face!

The coverage to this product is not full coverage, i would say it's a medium to light coverage which I like because it makes my skin look very natural and healthy without looking cakey and artificial...? What I'm trying to say is, it gives just the right amount of coverage for everyday use, covers up the light blemishes effectively and also lasts a fair amount of time!

This product originally came with a sponge type of thing, but that one broke so i switched to my beauty blender! Works even better!

Pros
>Affordable  (should be under $20, I can't remember the exact price I got mines for)
>Decent amount of coverage
>Does not break me out
>Not greasy/oily
>Compact, easy to carry
>Contains SPF 30 PA+++
>You can buy refills separately so you don't have to pay extra for the packaging

Cons
>Doesn't have a huge range of shades to suit your specific skin tone
   - 01 Radient Beige
   - 02 Natural Beige (my one)

Would I repurchase?

Review - Dior Addict Lipstick

Dior Addict Lipstick - ROSE BB 561

Hi guys~ So recently I purchased this Dior lipstick because i saw one of my friends use it and it looked GORGEOUS on her. I've used it a few times so I've decided, why not write a blog post on this product! Let's get started! :)

The packaging of this product is sooooo pretty! It's pretty similar to the packaging of other Dior lip products which I also love.

Although the packaging of this product is one of the best I've seen, the shade and texture of this product isn't really impressive.

My lip's colour pigmentation is quite pale.. idk if it's because i don't eat very healthy or what not but because this product has a really sheer and light colour pay off so it doesn't really look very flattering on my lips. (sorta makes me look sick)

Basically the colour of this lipstick is just shimmers which i think will look gorgeous if you apply this on top of another product that is more pigmented. Also if you are someone who have naturally red-ish or pink-ish lips then I'm sure it'll look fineee on you! Lucky you!!

The price I believe was roughly 50AUD which I don't consider expensive if you compare it to other high end cosmetic brands.

Pretty much this product was a disappointment for me, just because I have pale lips. That doesn't mean I hate this product because I still love it when I apply it over another lip product with more colour. But because I purchased this product hoping that it was something that the type of "my lips but better" kind of shade, it didn't really match my needs so yeaaaa, Let's move on to the Pros and Cons!

Pros
> Pretty packaging
> Nice micro shimmers
> Gorgeous on top of a more pigmented lip colour
> Sheer (this could be a con swell!)

Con
> Too sheer
> Less colour pay off
> the shimmery texture feels a little weird on the lips
> May emphasise the dryness/flakiness  of your lips

Recommendation
2.5/5
Would I repurchase this product?
Sadly nope :(

Review: GHD V-Gold Classic Professional Styler

GHD: V-Gold Classic Professional Styler

GHD V-Gold Classic Professional Styler, claimed to deliver salon result and a sleek salon shine. Well... I can't agree more :)

I have recently purchased this styler after saving up for I don't even know how long :/ It costed me 199AUD for the styler including a 2 year warranty! Let's jump into the product review!

The Ceramic Gold plates makes it sooo easy to glide on the hair  without snagging your hair so much. Also, I love how it has the sleep mode which turns off the styler after 30 minutes because I am some one who is HOPELESS at remembering to turn off my straigtener...:/ along with turning off lights and heaters....ha....

Pros
>Heats up fast (30secs respectively)
>Ceramic Gold plates makes it smooth on the hair
>Automatically switches off after 30 minutes!
>Versatile
>High-end design

Cons
There aren't really any cons with this product thankfully :)

Thanks for reading!! xx

Review: SHU UEMURA - Skin Purifier

SHU UEMURA - Skin Purifier
Fresh - Pore Clarifying Gentle Cleansing Oil

First things first , please excuse my poor photography skills :/ YEAP, taking photos is definitely one of a thousand things I need to improve on! but hey! Atleast I tried :)

This is a product that I've testing for the past 6 months and  tbh it's been my best friend since the day I bought it!

The Shu Uemura is a skin purifier (fancy fancy name for a cleansing oil)  that claims to " effectively remove makeup and impurities" and is designed for combination to oily skin types just like me!
For me, this is  a holy grail. Using this product had made me forget how hard it was to remove water proof makeup!!

It removes high-performance waterproof make up without a problem and although it's a very pricey product, but I've used this product for 6 months and I'm only 1/3 way through! A little lasts a looongg way is what I mean :) ps, sometimes I use this product to clean my brushes because... well... why not hha

How to use
1) Pump 1-2 pump of product onto palm >> Smooth over face until make up is removed >> Rinse face with warm water >> Use separate cleanser to remove the oily residue
2) Pump 1-2 product onto a cotton pad >> Wipe gently on areas with make up >> Rinse face with warm water >> Use separate cleanser to remove the oily residue

Pros
> Removes water-proof makeup easily
> Convenient Packaging - pumps out just the right amount of product
> Water-like texture makes it easy to cleanse off makeup
> Not over greasy - just right for combination to oily skin type
>Visually pleasing
> Multiple ways of use

Cons
> Pricey ~99AUD for 450ml
> Have to use a separate cleanser to remove the residue/oil

Recommendation
> 4.5/5
Would I repurchase this product?
YES DEFINITELY!

Hope I helped a little with your understanding of this product, have a nice day and i'll see ya'll later xx
